Very friendly staff. Clean room and very nice food. Will be returning next year

Was very happy with the room. Dinner was nice and staff courteous. Will use it again when in Loudres. The proximity to the Grotto is an added advantage.

"We arrive close to midnight and Caroline the receptionist was extremely helpful in getting us settled dealing with parking issues and dinner. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was great with a lot of meal options close by. It was very easy to walk to the church and back. Within 10 min walking from the Grotto."

"The staff have always been very professional, accommodating and friendly. Our quadruple duplex room was exactly what we needed as we were a family of 4, a Father, two daughters and a grandchild. The location was very close to the sanctuary which was great for my 83 year old Father and the variety of food is always lovely. I would just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The staff in the Restaurant were very obliging regarding my 11 year old niece's food preferences and we really appreciated our table by the window particularly in the very hot weather that we had.
